A very good Georgian oak wall cabinet bought from an old manor house in Kent and in very good condition throughout with lovely walnut crossbanded borders and walnut crossbanding below the frieze outlined with satinwood stringing. The door with ebony inlays.

Original and most attractively shaped shelves inside, working lock and key, original brass escutcheon with raised swan surmount.

Original boards throughout with no later timbers and with a good natural colour and patina from centuries of careful use and wax.

A lovely example at a very small price.
