FULL DESCRIPTION
A very solid and substantial 19th century solid oak refectory table with over sailing three board top of varying widths and with cleated ends and attractive arcade carved frieze, all set on substantial turned baluster oak legs united by box stretchers.

The table is peg jointed and has attractive light wear and smoothed edges and surfaces from more than 150 years of wax, use and care.

Heavy and sturdy with no loose joints, seats six people. Very slight shrinkage gap between two of the top boards and a couple of old worm tracks, worm treated and long since dead, a few small losses/depletions.

A lovely antique solid oak table made 1820-1850 and with another hundred years and more of good service and use ahead at a very low price.
